Progressing through the module
This platform allows you to stop and resume the course as you like and tracks and remembers your progress, even when you log out. You will be able to access this course and resources at anytime from your Healthed dashboard, even if you have completed this module.
The lessons in this module are designed to maximise and reinforce your learning. All sections of the module are optional and you do not need to complete them in the structured order. However, if you wish to claim CPD or be issued with a certificate, you must complete all sections in the module.
Completing a lesson
After you have completed all the lessons in a section, make sure you click the ‘complete & continue’ button at the bottom of your screen. It is important that you click this button after each lesson as it will register your progress through the course. You can track your progress using the progress tracker on the left-hand-side of the main screen.
Once you have completed a lesson (and clicked the ‘complete & continue’ button), a tick will appear in the circle next to the relevant section in the progress tracker (see image below).
Watching a video lecture
- Our team of experienced educators have decided that you are required to watch a minimum of 80% of each video lecture in order to satisfy the course requirements.
You will need to wait for the video to completely finish in order to progress to the next section. A notification will appear on your screen, click continue to progress.
- Settings for volume and full screen are located on the bottom right hand corner of the video player (as indicated below).
Quiz: Test your learning (if applicable)
To maximise your learning, there may be a quiz after watching the video lecture(s).
The quiz will indicate which questions you got correct and which were incorrect and gives you an overall score when completed. You will be able to take the quiz as many times as you’d like.
Click the continue button to progress onto the next section.
Resources
Contained in this section are some resources that may be useful to continue your learning such as articles, factsheets, videos and product and sponsor information.
Resources can be downloaded and shared with your health professional colleagues and peers. You will be able to access this course at anytime from your dashboard, even if you have completed this course.
Survey and CPD documentation
Please complete the survey at the end of the course to verify your details and completion of this course.
Please ensure you click the NEXT button to answer all questions.
Do NOT click on the blue ‘complete & continue’ button at the bottom of your screen until you have submitted the survey.
Healthed will upload CPD to your account if you are a member with the RACGP or ACRRM.
Other professions may be able to self-claim their learning.
Certificate of completion
Once you have completed the module in full, you will emailed a certificate of completion.
In order to achieve a certificate of completion, you are required to meet the following requirements:
- Completed all sections in the module – ensure each lesson is marked with a tick
- Watched the video(s)
- Completed the quiz, questionnaire or micro audit, if applicable
