Description

A baby with possible reflux is a common presentation in general practice, and it’s a situation that GPs can usually confidently manage without needing to refer patients, says Paediatric Gastroenterologist, Dr Rupert Hinds. In this presentation, Dr Hinds will detail what is involved in a practical, comprehensive assessment of these babies, including the red flag symptoms and signs that should not be missed. He will also outline, importantly, the most appropriate management of infantile reflux in both breast-fed and formula-fed babies.
