Description

Advice about prostate cancer screening has dramatically changed since the last Australian guidelines were published more than 10 years ago.

In this fireside discussion, A/Prof Jeremy Grummet will answer questions about these changes, including the updated risk benefit profile for PSA testing, who should have this test, and how PSA test results should now be interpreted and managed.

In addition, this case-based discussion will cover the practical application of the new draft guidelines on prostate cancer screening that are likely to be endorsed and become standard of care in the near future.
