Dr Geoffrey Chan is a clinician-scientist specialising in glaucoma and cataract surgery. He graduated with Honours in Medicine from The University of Western Australia and completed glaucoma fellowships at Fremantle Hospital and Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He subsequently undertook a European Glaucoma Society Fellowship at the University of Mainz, Germany. His research focuses on lymphatic drainage pathways of the eye and their role in glaucoma surgery. Dr Chan is the Western Australian Ophthalmology Network Director of Training and a Senior Research Fellow at The University of Western Australia.
