Dr David Lowinger is a leading Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon with expertise in ENT care for children and adults. He has been a longstanding VMO ENT Surgeon at Sydney Children’s Hospital, and St Luke’s Hospital, with a private practice in Bondi Junction. Dr Lowinger has authored numerous articles in national and international peer reviewed medical journals and has presented nationally and internationally.
