Dr Anita Munoz, Dr Marie-Claire Seeley

Dr Anita Muñoz is a GP in private practice in Melbourne’s CBD and has a dedication to evidence-based medicine, lifelong learning, and promoting the role of general practice in the health of patients, communities and in public health more broadly. She sees general practice as the key to a rational health system that produces better outcomes for patients and practitioners alike.

Dr Marie-Claire Seeley is a Clinical Nurse, Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Adelaide, and CEO of the Australian POTS Foundation. She has led national advocacy and education efforts for those with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and post-viral conditions, ensuring lived experience informs research, clinical pathways, and GP education. She has authored widely cited research and delivered more than 70 national and international presentations. Her work has informed Community HealthPathways and RACGP-accredited education programs, reflecting her passion for developing practical, evidence-based resources that support GPs in diagnosis, management, and patient care.
