Dr Arpit Talwar

Consultant radiologist; United Radiology, Northern Health
Dr Talwar is a consultant radiologist with subspecialty training in musculoskeletal imaging and image-guided interventions. He did his specialty Radiology training through St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne and was fortunate enough to be awarded the gold medal for his Fellowship Radiology examinations. Dr Talwar is now heavily involved in image-guided procedural work allowing him to interact directly with patients, their families and referrers. He works privately in United Radiology and has a public appointment at Northern Health. His group, led by A/Prof Tom Sutherland, are passionate in improving the Radiologist-GP relationship and in doing so, providing high-quality imaging that aims to ensure best quality care for our patients.
