Louise has a special interest in Aged Care nutrition, with 16 years of experience in this industry. Her mission is to bring deliciousness back into aged care, by supporting staff to create tasty, quality food that makes the residents want to lick their plates clean! She follows the motto Through the stomach, to the heart – we show we care for people through good food and company. She thinks outside the box when it comes to ways to achieve this, and works together with catering staff to develop and create quality and affordable meals.

Louise is based in Townsville and provides services to the surrounding areas as well.
