Description

While cervical lymphadenopathy in adults is relatively common, any patient presenting with a persistent neck lump should be considered to have cancer until proven otherwise. So says Dr Julia Crawford, who in this presentation will also discuss other red flags to look out for when assessing a patient presenting with a head or neck lump. She will outline the most appropriate investigations of these lumps — whether they are lymph nodes, salivary gland masses, or thyroid nodules.
