Dr Ritu Gupta, fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists, is a specialist dermatologist skilled in cosmetic, medical, and surgical dermatology. She graduated with honours in medicine from the University of Sydney and was awarded a PhD for ground-breaking research into Vitamin D and the skin. She is a regular presenter at conferences and in the media and has a keen interest in educating the general practitioner community and the public on dermatology.

Dr Gupta works in her private practices at Platinum Dermatology Skin Specialists and Dr Refresh in Ultimo and provides a wide range of services, including medical and surgical dermatology, but also the full range of cosmetic dermatology for the face and also body. These include treatment of rosacea, acne scarring, pigmentation, and rejuvenation; pelvic floor strengthening for incontinence; and muscle building and fat reduction to improve core muscle strength to reduce back pain and improve physical well-being. She is delighted to be able to manage a patient’s medical problems and skin malignancies, and also to be able to address and manage their cosmetic concerns.
