Dr Nicholas Weber is an Australian-based health professional. Nicholas is trained as a Haematologist (Blood Disorders Specialist).Dr Nick Weber, is one of the dedicated clinicians caring for Australians affected by myeloma. Dr Weber works closely with patients and families navigating diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management, and he is proud to stand alongside Myeloma Australia in their mission to provide trusted information, specialist nursing services, and vital emotional support.
As the Medical Director and Educator of PlantMed Medicinal Cannabis Clinic, Dr Teh has been working within the industry since medical legalisation in Australia in February 2016. Prior to this, he worked in the surgical industry for 15 years. As an avid organic farmer and permaculture expert, treatment with natural whole plant products, in conjunction with conventional medical treatment, has always been a top personal priority for Dr Teh. Dr Teh has a passion for education and gives lectures to both medical professionals and patients. He has vast experience treating a variety of patients conditions, with a particular interest in treatment of the paediatric population.
Justin Sinclair has been formally studying medicinal plants and fungi since 1998. In 2015, he was made a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of United in Compassion, a medicinal cannabis patient support and advocacy group that was fundamental in changing regulations around medicinal cannabis in Australia. Justin was also appointed as a board member of the Australian Medicinal Cannabis Association in August 2020. Justin has been heavily involved in various medicinal cannabis education programs since 2016, providing over 140 lectures to industry leaders, healthcare professionals and patients. He is currently completing his doctoral studies at NICM Health Research Institute (Western Sydney University) investigating the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of medicinal cannabis for endometriosis, and has published 3 book chapters and 25 peer-reviewed journal articles on medicinal cannabis since 2016.
Professor Amy Brodtmann leads the Cognitive Health Initiative in the Department of Neuroscience, School of Translational Medicine, Monash University. Prior to this, she was a Professor in the Department of Florey at the University of Melbourne and an Honorary Adjunct Clinical Professor at Monash University. She was also Professor and Co-Head of Behavioural Neuroscience at the Florey Institute for Neuroscience and Mental Health at the Melbourne Brain Centre, as well as a Consultant Neurologist at Austin Health.She has been involved in over 160 peer-reviewed and government-commissioned papers, published in high-ranking journals (e.g., The Lancet Neurology, Neurology, Brain, NeuroImage, Biological Psychiatry, Stroke) and has been involved in multiple NHMRC research projects including project grants, fellowships, and boosting dementia research grants.
Dr Emily Nash is a gastroenterologist and hepatologist at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. Dr Nash completed her medical training at The University of Notre Dame in Sydney, before completing specialist training in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Addiction Medicine at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

Dr Nash currently works as a Staff Specialist at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in both AW Morrow Gastroenterology and Liver Centre, and Drug Health Services.

Associate Professor Adrian Mar is a general dermatologist with experience in the management of inflammatory skin conditions, disorders of the hair and skin cancers.

He is the Head of the Department of Dermatology at Monash Health and an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, at Monash University. He has a subspecialty interest in the treatment of vitiligo, having co-founded the Vitiligo Clinic at the Skin Health Institute where he is a Visiting Consultant.

Philip Teuwen is one of Australia’s most experienced Sleep Scientists. Over his 20-year career, he has led some of the country’s largest and most advanced tertiary hospital sleep disorders centres. At BEDPOST Sleep Collective, his areas of speciality include the assessment and management of Insomnia and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA).Phil founded BEDPOST Sleep Collective to bring his hospital-based expertise and scientific experience into his clients’ homes. Dr Peter Lin is the Director of Primary Care Initiatives at the Canadian Heart Research Centre in Toronto, Canada. He is a contributing author to the Canadian Diabetes Guidelines 2013 and 2018 on the vascular protection section, and is the past Associate Editor for the Elsevier Web Portal – Practice Update Primary Care.

Dr Lin has lectured extensively on diabetes, glucose monitoring, CV disease, lipids, asthma, COPD, cancers, drug interactions, herb interactions, vaccinations, dementia, osteoporosis, effects of microplastic, and artificial Intelligence. He has worked with KDIGO to help improve care for CKD patients. He is the Co-Chair of the Immunizations Across the Lifespan Conference in Canada for the past 3 years. He was actively following and educating about the COVID-19 pandemic right from the beginning. He reaches out to the public with his role as a medical contributor to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) which is the national news agency in Canada. He has received an award from the College of Family Physicians of Canada for excellence in medical education.

Professor Genie Pedagogos is a practicing Nephrologist and Clinical Professor at the University of Melbourne. She is currently the Clinical Research Lead for the @Home Division at Western Health and the Director of Medical Services at Epworth Freemasons, where she leads initiatives in patient care, translational research, and clinical innovation.

Ralph Audehm is a GP of 35 years experience. An Honorary Clinical Associate Professor, University of Melbourne, Department of General practice. He has a broad interest in chronic disease management, diabetes, heart disease and transitional research. He has owned his own practice, worked for NGOs as well as in the community health sector. He believes that primary care and general practice is the key to providing better health outcomes for all Australians.

Dr Robert Anderson is President of the International Society for the Study of Coeliac Disease. He is a gastroenterologist specialising in coeliac disease and immune mediated gut disorders. His contributions to understanding and advancing the clinical management of coeliac disease have included identification of the gluten peptides responsible for gluten immunity and coeliac disease, characterising the immune mechanisms led by T cells that drive symptoms caused by gluten, and leading the design and development of a new generation of immune therapies and diagnostics for coeliac disease that target the causative gluten-specific T cells. These contributions have been recognised with international research awards. Bob has worked in clinical, academic and commercial settings internationally. He is co founder and Director of Novoviah Pharmaceuticals and JM Clinical, leading diagnostic and therapeutic trials in Brisbane, and serves as gastroenterologist at Mackay Base Hospital.
