Healthed work with a team of general practitioners and medical professionals to ensure the highest quality education

WoundRescue is an Australian wound care service providing advanced assessment and management for acute, chronic, and complex wounds. We work alongside GPs to deliver timely, evidence-based care in the community and via telehealth—helping reduce hospital admissions and improve healing outcomes.

How we support your practice:
  • Rapid access to specialist wound assessment and management plans
  • Bedside diagnostics (e.g. Doppler ABPI/TBI, punch biopsies) and advanced therapies (e.g. Sharp debridement, NPWT)
  • Regular progress updates and clear communication back to the GP
  • Telehealth support for rural and time-poor patients
  • Education and guidance for patients and carers to support adherence
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including dermatology referrals where needed

We aim to complement GP care, streamline management of complex wounds, and ensure your patients receive the right care at the right time.
