Founder, Allied AU Pty Ltd, Female Tech Entrepreneur of the Year, SA Young Achiever Awards
Rachel is a physiotherapist and the founder of Allied AU. Throughout her clinical career, she repeatedly heard the same frustration from patients: finding the right allied health professional in the community felt needlessly difficult. The issue hit home when her husband, a professional athlete, experienced the search firsthand. Despite having access to top-tier sports resources, time, and financial backing, it took their family five years to find the right psychologist. That breakthrough transformed everything—and sparked the creation of Allied AU, built with the mission to turn a five-year struggle into a five-minute solution.Having experienced the healthcare system from both sides, Rachel understands the burnout practitioners face and the uncertainty everyday people feel when searching for care. She created Allied AU with a clear foundation: made by allied health professionals, for the people.
