  • Diagnosis of this disease and getting it right is important, it has many implications on treatment effects, needs for therapies and the problems if the diagnosis is incorrect
  • Some tools can predict very well that a patient is going to benefit from these treatments, has ramifications on the directions for patients and need try to make these tests more accessible to primary care physician
