In this Healthed lecture, Clinical Associate Professor Gregory Katsoulotos, Respiratory & Sleep Physician, provides Australian GPs with a practical, case-based approach to diagnosing and managing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in line with Australian guidelines. Through four real-world cases, participants explore common pitfalls and also address the management of severe COPD, including the latest phenotype-driven care and referral for advanced therapies. Attendees gain clinically relevant strategies to improve diagnostic accuracy, optimise treatment, and enhance patient outcomes in everyday general practice.
