A/Prof Alison Archibald is a Certified Genetic Counsellor, clinician-researcher and Associate Professor at Macquarie University. She also holds an Honorary Principal Research Fellow position at Murdoch Children’s Research Institute and serves as a Principal Research Fellow with Australian Genomics. With a passion for advancing genomic healthcare, A/Prof Alison Archibald works at the intersection of clinical service innovation, research leadership, and healthcare policy to bring genomics into everyday healthcare.
Dr Ramesh Balasubramaniam is an Oral Medicine Specialist with expertise in temporomandibular disorders, orofacial pain and dental sleep medicine. He has numerous peer reviewed publications, co-authored several chapters, and co-edited and co-authored three books, notably “Contemporary Oral Medicine”.

In addition, he serves as a reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals. Ramesh is Associate Professor and Discipline Lead in Oral Medicine at the University of Western Australia, Dental School, and is actively involved in teaching and research. He has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally. For his ongoing contributions to dentistry, he has received fellowships and awards, most notably the Medal of the Order of Australia in 2021. Ramesh was President of the Oral Medicine Academy of Australasia (2019-2022). He also has public appointments at the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia and the Perth Children’s Hospital.
Dr Owen Bradfield is a qualified medical practitioner and health lawyer, having graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery and a Bachelor of Laws double degree with First Class Honours. With over 10 years’ experience in medical indemnity, Owen combines his role at MIPS with academic research at the University of Melbourne, where he examines the intersection between doctors’ wellbeing and medico-legal claims, complaints, and disciplinary processes. Owen brings both clinical and strategic leadership to the delivery of our membership benefits, including education, member advocacy, and risk management services. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and was a 2020 Fulbright Future Scholar at Stanford University in California.
Dr Kate Wylie is the Executive Director of Doctors for the Environment Australia.

Dr Wylie is a GP and our Executive Director. Based in Adelaide (Tarndanya), she knows that climate change is a health issue and believes that when we frame it this way, we invite the concept of treating it. She believes that doctors have a key role to play in shaping the communities response to the climate crisis. By showing leadership on climate, doctors can show our communities the importance of climate action to protect the health of humanity and the planet upon which we rely.

Dr Wylie is the immediate past Chair of the RACGP’s Climate and Environmental Medicine Specific Interest Group, elevating the need for climate action among GPs across Australia. She is also and a former Chair of DEA. In all her work, Dr Wylie applies a medical model to the climate crisis and as such offers a treatment plan for climate change. She seeks to activate her audience so they can help create the paradigm shift that we need to combat the climate crisis.
Simon Eccleshall is the Head of Programs for Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders in Australia. Simon has worked in global disaster and crisis response for over 30 years including with AusAID, the Red Cross Movement and other international NGOs.
Prof Marion Saville AM is the Executive Director of the Australian Centre for the Prevention of Cervical Cancer. A New Zealand medical graduate, she trained in Anatomic Pathology and completed fellowships in Cytopathology and HPV research. Prof Saville has served on several cervical screening advisory committees and currently chairs the working group to review Australia’s Guidelines for the management of screen-detected abnormalities in the National Cervical Screening Program.

Prof Saville focuses on equitable screening for disadvantaged groups and leads cervical cancer elimination initiatives in the Western Pacific. She was appointed a Member (AM) of the Order of Australia in 2020 for her significant service to women’s health through cervical screening initiatives.
Danielle is an internationally recognised Clinical Psychologist, Speaker and Researcher with nearly 30 years’ experience helping young people navigate the intersection between anxiety and technology use. She leads The Einstein Report, a practical guide for schools, parents and doctors on creating healthier digital environments for children. Her work equips school leaders with actionable insights to support student anxiety, digital literacy, and responsible tech use.. In 2024, Dr Einstein led national efforts to address social media harm, briefing policymakers, contributing to key reports, and providing critical evidence to the Senate Inquiry. She was formally thanked in Federal Parliament for “living up to her name.” She is author of several books, including The Dip (2019) & Raising Anxiety (why our good intentions are backfiring on children and what to do about it; with Dr Judith Locke). She continues to work educating school leaders, clinicians and researchers, most recently speaking to audiences in the UK and New Zealand and briefing advisers within their governments.
Dr Anita Muñoz is a GP in private practice in Melbourne’s CBD and has a dedication to evidence-based medicine, lifelong learning, and promoting the role of general practice in the health of patients, communities and in public health more broadly. She sees general practice as the key to a rational health system that produces better outcomes for patients and practitioners alike.

Dr Marie-Claire Seeley is a Clinical Nurse, Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Adelaide, and CEO of the Australian POTS Foundation. She has led national advocacy and education efforts for those with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and post-viral conditions, ensuring lived experience informs research, clinical pathways, and GP education. She has authored widely cited research and delivered more than 70 national and international presentations. Her work has informed Community HealthPathways and RACGP-accredited education programs, reflecting her passion for developing practical, evidence-based resources that support GPs in diagnosis, management, and patient care.

Dr Stephanie Daly is a GP and Founder of Sensus Cognition in Adelaide. She works as a GP Educator for a national training body – Dementia Training Australia – who deliver Dementia focused education for nurses, allied health professionals and medical professionals across Australia.
She is also recording her first podcast series – Dementia in Practice – covering a wide range of topics within the sphere of Cognitive Impairment.

Prof Michael Woodward AM is a Geriatrician with a passion for health promotion in older people, including vaccine-preventable diseases. He is Director of Aged Care Research at Austin Health and has conducted several trials of vaccines.
He is a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Immunization Coalition and has written the Position Paper on Immunization of older people for the Australian and New Zealand Society of Geriatric Medicine. In 2016 he received Membership of the Order of Australia for his work in geriatric medicine and his communication to professionals.

Dr Chrys Pulle Dr Pulle is currently working in a clinical capacity as a Senior Staff Specialist / Geriatrician at The Prince Charles Hospital. Dr Pulle’s interests include Dementia and Orthogeriatic care.
Dr Pulle is a Geriatrician who has been managing patients in the Hip Fracture Unit at The Prince Charles Hospital since it’s establishment in 2010. He is member of the steering committee of the Australia New Zealand Hip Fracture Registry.
Dr Pulle is also a Principal Investigator at The Prince Charles Hospital Internal Medicine and Dementia Research Unit. Over the last 15 years the Research Unit has provided evaluation, diagnosis and treatment recommendations, to patients and caregivers participating in Pharmaceutical Sponsored clinical drug trials with the most recent advances in possible new medications for various Dementia types. Dr Pulle is current Chair of Dementia Trials Australia.
He is past president of the Qld Division of The Australia New Zealand Society of Geriatric Medicine and current member of the Society’s Federal Council.

Dr Belinda Welsh is a dermatologist with 20 years of experience. She has a subspecialty focus on treating rosacea and facial redness, acne and other forms of scarring, birthmarks and sun-damaged skin among other medical problems with lasers and energy-based devices.She has broad experience using medical treatments and laser technology to manage acne in various forms, particularly acne scarring. She understands the significant impact on a patient’s self-esteem and quality of life of living with these conditions. She is currently working on advanced techniques using vascular, pigment and fractionated laser systems for treating acne and surgical scars. Her professional interests also include facial rejuvenation with cosmetic injectables. She works in both private and public systems and has been involved in training and teaching. She has been a Chair of the Victorian Faculty of the Australasian College of Dermatologists, a Vice-President of the Australasian Society of Cosmetic Dermatologists (ASCD) and is a current associate editor of the Australasian Journal of Dermatology.
Dr Natalie Ling completed her medical degree at the University of Queensland in 2011 and is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists.Having been awarded the UQ School of Medicine Ochsner Scholarship, Natalie experienced Dermatology clinics in New Orleans, USA. During this time, she developed an early passion for skin cancer management and inflammatory skin conditions.Natalie assesses and manages all dermatological dilemmas, of the hair, skin and nails. In addition to skin checks, Natalie is interested in acne, hair loss, paediatric dermatology, eczema, psoriasis, pigmentation problems and vulval dermatology. She finds the complex problem-solving aspect of this specialty particularly enriching.Natalie undertook her specialist dermatologist training in Queensland, with experience at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Mater Adult Hospital and Queensland Children’s Hospital.She has also obtained a Master of Philosophy, with her thesis exploring specific genes correlating with dermoscopic naevus patterns in a case-control study of melanoma. Natalie has numerous publications in Australian and international medical journals. She has presented her research globally, at conferences held by the American Academy of Dermatology in the USA and the World Congress of Melanoma in Europe.Natalie completed a Master of Public Health at the University of Queensland, and she is a keen advocate for preventative health care. She enjoys treating patients from all walks of life and delights in providing individualised, multimodal care in the dermatological setting.
