Acne continues to cause distress and depression in many young people, not helped by the fact they are being bombarded by advice and misinformation on social media. In this talk, dermatologist Dr Ryan de Cruz discusses the evidence-based recommendations for assessing and managing mild-to-moderate acne including both over-the-counter and prescription products. He will also provide information about the various factors in both the patient and the acne that help determine the most appropriate treatment option for that individual.
