Prof Christopher Reid is a cardiovascular epidemiologist with a PhD in Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine. He is currently Professor and Principal Research Fellow in the Schools of Public Health at Monash and Curtin Universities. He currently holds a NHMRC Principal Research Fellowship and is CIA on an NHMRC Program Grant on Cardio-renal Disease and CIA of the NHMRC Centre for Research Excellence in Cardiovascular Outcomes Improvement.

Dr Adeleh Shirangi is a public health scientist and senior epidemiologist. She holds an adjunct senior lecturer position at Sir Walter School of Public Policy & International Affairs, Murdoch University and an honorary fellow at Telethon Kids Institute. Formerly, a NHMRC Sidney Sax overseas public health research fellow, postdoctoral research fellow at Imperial College of London, a UWA adjunct senior lecturer and assistant professor at School of Public Health, University of Western Australia.
