  • The program involves support, exercise, and education to help strengthen the heart, and is safe and comfortable for people of all ages and fitness levels
  • Health professionals are too occupied to address all the issues after such life changing cardiac events, they’d best recommend patients enrol in this currently under-utilised service and resource
